We inform you that ACH is the acronym of Grupo Alimentaria Chico, that integrates all the fundamental processes of the value chain in the meat sector.

Legitimization. What is the legitimization for the processing of your personal data?

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the express consent of the acceptance of the Privacy Policy by ticking the corresponding box in the contact forms on the Website and by signing the corresponding clauses in our contracts for requesting professional services and ordering products.

When you provide us with your personal data on the phone, through instant messaging, email or our profiles on the Social Media, the legal base for the processing of your personal data will be our legitimate interest for managing the business relationship and attend to you satisfactorily.

The user that provides us with their personal data through all the aforementioned means will be voluntarily providing personal information (from now on personal data). The personal data that you provide us through these means will be entered into a data treatment under the responsibility of ACH, and they will be kept confidential and safe.

In such sense, ACH informs the users that pursuant to the General Regulation on Data Protection 679/2016 and Law ES 03/2018, it has a Registry of Activities. Because all of that, the user expressly, fully and unreservedly accepts that ACH manages their personal data with the primary aim of managing the business relationship aimed at the purpose of each company in the business group.

    • Management of candidates and employment in Grupo Agroalimentaria Chico’s companies.
    • Management of rights and responsibilities. General Regulation on Data Protection.
    • Sending of business and/or services communications regarding ACH’s services and products.
    • Contact via phone or instant messaging (Whatsapp, Telegram, etc.) for the sending of communications associated to the service provided or ACH’s activities.
    • I do not wish to receive business communications regarding the products and the services provided by ACH.

Besides, the data that you provide us with via phone communication, instant messaging, email or profiles on the Social Media, will be processed to keep the business relationship.

Summarising what has been said up to now, the personal data that you provide us with through the aforementioned means will be kept confidential and protected. To fulfil the different legal provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Law ES 03/2018, we have established different security levels to protect the personal data that you provide us with, having adopted all the technical and organisational measures at our reach to avoid the loss, misuse, unauthorised access and tampering with of the aforementioned personal data.

Our commitment:

    • The information that you provide us with will be only used to answer your questions or concerning the services that we offer.
    • We will not reveal your personal data to third parties without your consent.

For how long will we keep your personal information?

The personal data will be kept in fulfilment of the applicable legal prescription periods and during the time required for the carrying out of the purpose for which they were gathered. As a general rule, for a period of 5 years once the contractual relationship has ended.

Recipients

As a general rule, their personal information will not be transferred to third companies alien to ACH and they will be only processed by:

  • ACH’s employees, that are subject to professional secrecy so you can be provided with the service requested.
  • Managers of the personal data processing hired by ACH, with its headquarters in the European Economic Area.
  • Public Administrations, Security Corps and Forces, Banks or professionals in the legal or tax areas, when the current regulations require so.

Rights

You can exercise the rights granted by the current legislation in terms of data protection (access, rectification, elimination, limitation, portability and objection) by sending a written communication to ACH to the following email address:  mjchico@agroalimentariachico.com.

The user shall include a copy of their ID document, passport or any other valid document that identifies them.

These rights shall be dealt with within a month, that may be extended up to 2 months if the complexity of the request or the number of requests received demands so. All this regardless of the duty to keep certain data in the legal terms and until the possible responsibilities derived from a possible processing or, if applicable, from a contractual relationship expire.

Besides the aforementioned, and regarding the data protection regulations, the users that request it have the possibility of planning the destination of their data after their decease.

ACH informs the users of their right to file a claim before the competent Supervisory Authority regarding the Data Protection when they consider that the treatment of their personal data transgresses the applicable data protection regulations.
