in 2011 in Aranda de Duero with the aim of supplying top-quality meat products from or own Duroc pigs to the end consumers

Duroc Cured Products

DUROC CURED LOIN

A selection of cured loins with a great marbling score from 50% (crossbred) Duroc pigs raised on our own farms for their later curing. Marinated and stuffed in a casing in the traditional style. Natural drying/curing process for at least 70 days.

This chorizo (cured sausage) is produced in the traditional style, with choice pork trimmings from our own Duroc pigs. Produced followig our region’s customary recipe, stuffed in a natural casing and cured in drying rooms with natural air circulation and a hint of smoke.

WHITE DUROC CHORIZO

It is a fuet made with choice pork trimmings from our own Duroc pigs, stuffed in a natural casing and cured in drying rooms with controlled temperature and humidity.

Iberian Cured Products

Iberian pork loin

Cured loin from from feed-fed 50% (crossbred) Iberian pigs. It is the product of the selection of the cuts obtained from our own pigs, fed with cereals produced in our county. Animal health and welfare are our priorities

Iberian salchichón

Iberian salchichón

It is a product made with the best pork cuts exclusively obtained from 100% (purebred) Iberian pigs. These cuts are chopped and mixed with salt, garlic, black pepper and natural spices, and then stuffed in a natural casing. It then goes through a settling, ageing and curing process for at least 3 months. It is a unique and vibrant salchichón, with the intense aroma of the pepper and spices, juicy and with a lingering and slightly piquant aftertaste.

Iberian chorizo

Made with the best pork cuts obtained from 100% (purebred) Iberian pigs that have been chopped and mixed with salt, paprika, garlic and natural spices, and then stuffed in a natural casing. It then goes through a settling and curing process for at least 3 months. It has a bright red colour and an intense aroma.

La Granja de Chico is our self-produced Duroc and Iberian pig cured products brand.

It is the image of Cárnicas Chico, and through it we offer you a top-quality produce thanks to our great variety of Duroc products.

You wil enjoy yourself, like in the past, with the traditional flavours of our processed products: cured ham and loin, chorizo and salchichón.
