These are the foundations of the work carried out by ACH, a company that has been producing pork products for more than 60 years, but this does not detract from the importance of learning on a daily basis, helping the sector to evolve and improve.
This is just as important as the commitment to the various stakeholders involved in the production and distribution chain, as well as to the land itself. The ACH method tries to make its activity a cyclical process, giving back to the land everything it gets from it.
And humbleness, as Manuel points out, is the only way to keep everything mentioned here in place.
